Delivery
All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days. Personalised orders require additional time for customisation. Please allow up to 2 extra weeks for embroidery.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate, UNIFORMED cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags, labels and packaging must be intact. The item must be free from marks, make-up, deodorant or fragrance. Personalised scrubs cannot be returned.
To start a return, please email us at : info@wearuniformed.co.uk including: your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and we will provide the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for covering return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as UNIFORMED is not responsible for lost return parcels. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Faulty of Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will resolve this quickly in line with your customer rights.
